1.2. The Company is the publisher of the www.n-vibe.com website (hereinafter the "Site"), which it makes available to Customers.

1.3. The Customer declares that he has read and accepted the present Privacy Policy before placing an order on the Site.

2. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

2.1. In order to enable Customers to order Services and Bracelets on the Site, the Company, acting as data controller, must collect the following personal data relating to Customers:- Full name;- Email address;- Geolocation;- Bracelet delivery address.

2.2. Customers are informed that if they do not wish to provide the personal data requested, the Company will not be able to execute their order.

2.3. If the Customer is under the age of 15, he/she must obtain the express consent of his/her legal representative to use the Site and communicate his/her personal data.

2.5. Customers' personal data is kept only for as long as is necessary to achieve the purpose for which the Company holds such data, to meet customers' needs or to fulfill its legal obligations.

2.6. To establish the length of time personal data is retained, the Company applies the following criteria:

- In the case of orders for Services and Bracelets, personal data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and three years after collection or the last contact with the Customer for the sole purpose of commercial prospecting;

- Geolocation data is kept for a maximum of two months;

- If cookies are placed on the Customer's computer, personal data is kept for the duration of a session for shopping cart cookies or session identification cookies, and for any period defined in accordance with applicable regulations;

- The Company may keep certain data in order to meet its legal or regulatory obligations, for archiving purposes, to enable it to exercise its rights and/or for statistical or historical purposes.

2.7. At the end of the above-mentioned periods, personal data will be deleted or anonymized by the Company.

2.8. Customers' personal data is processed by the Company, and by the subcontractors who support the Company's activity, including the hosting provider. The servers on which Customer personal data is stored are located in Paris.

2.9. The Company ensures that Customer personal data is adequately and appropriately secured, and has taken all necessary precautions to preserve the security and confidentiality of such data, and in particular to prevent it from being distorted, damaged or communicated to unauthorized persons.

2.10. Customer rights

 Customers have the right to access, rectify, delete (erase), port their personal data, limit the processing of their personal data, as well as the right to object to the processing of their data collected and processed by the Company, by contacting the Company directly at the following email address: contact@n-vibe.fr.

 Customers may also, at any time, withdraw their consent to the processing of their personal data by the Company and its subcontractors by contacting the Company at the following e-mail address: contact@n-vibe.fr, which must inform them of this.

 If applicable, in accordance with article 40-1 of the French Data Protection Act as amended, the Company will respect any instructions given by any Customer concerning the retention, deletion and communication of his or her personal data after his or her death. In the absence of such instructions, the Company will comply with the requests of heirs as exhaustively set out in article 40-1, III of the French Data Protection Act.

3. COOKIES AND STATISTICAL TOOLS

3.1. In connection with the ordering of Services on the Site by Customers, the Company may use cookies.

3.2. In accordance with CNIL deliberation no. 2013-378 of December 5, 2013, the Company informs Customers that cookies record certain information that is stored in the memory of their computer hardware/equipment. This information is used to improve the use and operation of the Site, but also to understand how the Site is used by Customers, as well as the tools and Services that the Company makes available to them. An alert message asks each visitor to the Site if they wish to accept cookies. These cookies do not contain any confidential customer information.

3.3. Customers visiting the home page or any other page of the Site directly from a search engine will be informed of:
